方一翔,博士,现为yl8cc永利官网信息与通信工程系助理教授。本硕博毕业于西安电子科技大学,所在的天线与微波技术国家重点实验室,是专门从事天线与微波技术领域研究的国家重点实验室。师从天线与微波技术国家重点实验室主任、国家级高层次人才、IEEE fellow刘英教授。202411月加入yl8cc永利官网信息与通信工程系。
